Front Desk Receptionist - Bentonville, AR Part-time, 20 hours/week Monday-Friday, 5am-9am Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for part-time Front Desk Receptionists to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the very first impression on our members and guests and can help set the tone for their entire experience at the club that day. The attention you show members- an inquiry on how they enjoyed their workout, a friendly smile as you bid them goodbye- enhances their experience. This makes the Front Desk Team an integral part of our promise to deliver the very best member experience and motivate people to return and take care of their health. What You’ll Be Doing Greeting and helping members. Assisting with assigned department administration, processes, and related recordkeeping. Efficiently responding to participant requests, comments, or concerns and bringing issues to timely and appropriate resolution. Educating participants on policies and procedures. Opening and/or closing duties. Participating in internal programs and special events. Other duties as needed/assigned. What You Will Need High School Diploma or GED preferred. A passion for helping people live healthier lives. A team player mindset who works well with others. Basic computer skills (word, excel, outlook etc.) and working knowledge of a member management system, databases and tools. Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety& Health Institute required prior to start date. Previous customer service experience desired. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
